Norma Pantojas tiene un bachillerato en Estudios Hispánicos y una maestría en Consejería de Familia. Por varios años enseñó cursos de Español y de Calidad de Vida en el Colegio Puertorriqueño de Niñas en San Juan. Durante diecisiete años ha pastoreado, junto a su esposo Jorge Pantojas, la Iglesia Cristiana Hermanos Unidos en Bayamón, Puerto Rico. Es animadora y consejera en el programa «En Ruta», que se transmite todas las mañanas por la emisora Nueva Vida por el 97.7 FM. Además, es la anfitriona del programa «Semillas de Amor» que se transmite por NCN Televisión.
